My New Job Jitters Keeping Me Up Late

51JK7BESYZL._AA160_A new career is always something that gives you the jitters when you are just starting out. I new that as a dietitian i’d make good money. I saw on some websites that a registered dietitian salary is great so that’s what got me into this.

Since I was nervous about my new job I stayed up late last night watching the GOP debate. I can’t exactly say why I did that considering I hate all these people especially michele Bachmann, god is she a hideous person. I guess I do it because my interest in politics outweighs the disgust I have for some of these people. Anyway I was getting ready to go back to work and figured i’d right this. I am very excited about my 2nd day as a registered dietitian. My first day was good and I think today will be even better. I remember when I was going to college I couldn’t decide weather to study dietetics of psychology and now after my first day of work I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

There are a couple of bakeries in the town that I live in, and both of them make the best bread that I will never find myself going to the supermarket to get mine. It is tough to choose whose is actually the best between the two, so to be fair I will get bread from one of them one week, and the other one the next week. They are both almost the same as far as price goes, and although that is a little more expensive than the supermarket, the quality is well worth paying for. The brown bread that I buy is a foods with vitamin d in and that means that it is going to help me to get the right amount of this vital nutrient on a daily basis. I know that just a couple of slices as toast or even as a sandwich, is more than enough of this nutrient.

There is both something good and bad that the two types of cholesterol brings. Unlike what most people think, there is something good that the body will get out of consuming cholesterol. But there is another type of cholesterol that we should avoid taking in. And this is the low density lipoprotein (LDL (also known as bad cholesterol). This accounts for the occurrence of many heart problems. So limited intake of these substances is a priority. And one of the ways you can limit your intake of this cholesterol is through managing what you eat. Fatty and oily foods should be limited. Processed foods are to be avoided too. Alcohol should also be avoided.
